Welcome to the Spring Transitions Fund 2023/24. This grant programme is designed to support people affected by rough sleeping into long term accommodation.

With funding from the Mayor of London, Housing Justice is providing this grant fund for providers of non-commissioned, emergency accommodation or night shelters. Applications are open to organisations that have provided this type of accommodation between October 2023 and March 2024.

Funding will support projects to transition towards their usual seasonal closure (over the warmer months) while working to support people in to settled accommodation. Applications such as those for a phased ‘wind down’ period and proactive move-on support are encouraged.

We have tried our best to keep this form as straight forward as possible, however we still anticipate it will take around half an hour to complete and whilst it’s possible to do on a mobile device, you will need to be able to upload documents so we would strongly recommend using a desktop computer!, so pop the kettle on and once you’re ready to go, hit the big yellow button!

• Your charity or company number
• Financial information including your organisation’s latest accounts (if available).
• Detailed information about your proposal, as well as your budget.
• We recommend drafting your proposal using this document and then submitting it on this online portal.
