Terms Housing Justice may, at its absolute discretion, require all or part of the Grant Funding to be repaid if, in Housing Justice’s opinion, the recipient fails to deliver or unsatisfactorily delivers the Proposal Objectives, Milestones and/or Proposal Outputs. All publicity generated by the recipient referring to Housing Justice and/or the GLA including (without limitation) all press and media releases, must be approved in writing at least one week in advance of any release of publicity material (in any form) by Housing Justice’s or the GLA’s Representative.
